1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders fulfilled from local U.S. warehouses may arrive faster (1–5 business days), while international or heavier items may take 10–20 business days depending on the product.

2. Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to show movement after shipping. If you see no updates after 3 days, please contact our support team.

3. Can I track multiple items in one order?

Yes, but if your order contains items from different warehouses, you may receive separate tracking numbers and packages.

4. What if my order is delayed?
